GRANZOTTO systems for detergents and cosmetics production are engineered after a long experience of important institutions in Italy and abroad. The ordinary applications are product transfer from storage to filling or blending. In this case, the wide range of G-MOVE solutions allow our customer to have always the safer and more efficient piping and instrumentation diagram.
Normally, G-MOVE solutions are integrated in product recovery G-RECO projects and piping, storage and filling tank cleaning CIP G-CLEAN.
Pigging System G-RECO
Pigging system G-RECO can recover all the residual product inside the piping at the end of production process. The advantages are two:
At the end of the recovery process, the pigging G-RECO is activated to co-operate with the CIP G-CLEAN, reducing the cleaning products waste (water, oxygenated water or basic cleaning solution) and speeding up product changeover.
G-TECO
Compressed air, nitrogen, vapour are produced and distributed by G-AUX solutions, that can be integrated in existing systems or substitute old and inefficient plants. All process engineered by GRANZOTTO, from transfer G-MOVE, to Pigging recovery G-RECO and cleaning CIP G-CLEAN are connected and controlled by G-CONTROL unit. G-CONTROL automation and software can be integrated in existing systems, adding value and efficiency.
